For every new client, DAVIGOLD appoints dedicated support analysts, who meet with the customer and take care of the account.
Our support analysts are designated, which means that they are fully aware of the business, and of the client project.
At DAVIGOLD, "support" includes the following activities:
- Answering any client's queries in less than 15 minutes (e.g.: how to perform an action in the software)
- Fixing system errors, if any software issue appears, DAVIGOLD guarantees to fix it (please read DAVIGOLD's Service Level Agreement for detailed response time)
In 2016, DAVIGOLD has launched its Gold Maintenance service, based on a 24/7 response time.
