There are two ways that we can install our software for you:

.   We can install the software on a dedicated server in your office, in which case we can configure a local access (Intranet) or web access     (Internet) depending upon your preferenceLocal access means that you will only be able to use the software from your office(s), while     web access allows you to use the software from anywhere in the world provided you have an Internet connection.

.   Alternatively, DAVIGOLD can host the software for you, on our own servers. In this scenario, you can only have web access, allowing     you to use the software system from anywhere in the world, as long as you have an Internet connection. This web access is fully     secured (https link) through an SSL 128 Bits encrypted protocol - the same level of security used by all banks for making online     transactions.

The installation process is as follows:

         
         Web-access to software by the end-users (one week test)

• Definition of client required customizations on a day-to-day basis
• Completion of customizations from DAVIGOLD business programmer(s) on a day-to-day basis
• Data transfers from your existing databases (e.g: Excel, Access) within our software
• Confirmation from client side after 5 working days

         
         Installation of client customized software on a dedicated server in your office (2 hours)

         
         Training (2 hours)

Total duration: One week

We can integrate all your existing data within our software:

• Data from Excel spreadsheets
• Data from Access databases
• Data from third-party databases

Using our in-depth experience, our team will design the mapping between your data and our dataWe then use our tailor-made “Import Module” to complete all transfers in less than 4 hoursWhether you manage 5 portfolio companies or 1000 companies, the import will still be completed in one click of the mouse through our proprietary import module.

Although all of our clients rave about the user-friendliness of our software, we can always provide additional training to your team if required. Our training services are available by phone, or can be delivered in a formal training environment at your office or any other venue.

The maintenance includes:

• Full time access to a dedicated business programmer, 7 days a week, that can assist you with any issues or requirements, including fixes to errors in your software if any are found, or online training
• Software updates relating to all software optimizations, design and features’ improvements…

As our software solutions are 100% customizable, these customizations include:

• Creation of new features specific to you (e.g: integrating your valuation model within our solution)
• Creation of very specific reportings (e.g: fund quarterly report representing 2 customization days)
