Creation of your own template (e.g: Powerpoint Presentation, Word summary, Excel spreadsheet) that will be adapted and sent to each potential buyer/seller. The user will:
Configure the template through an easy-to-use drag/drop system (you will be able to drag/drop any data: company logos, photos, charts, names, amounts)
Define his targeted contact list through filters
Choose the day/time for processing the mass e-mailing
Automatic and mass mailing to targeted potential buyers/sellers (with filters): updates about your latest successful completed deals, updates about your list of selected clients for them
Automatic updates sent to each client relating to the status of the acquisition. This is done through a secure web-access portal where each client can check:
The list of all potential buyers/sellers
The follow-up of all the actions with them
The evolving level of interest for each potential buyer/seller
